Delivery timelines for schemes on Recorder can vary according to the complexity of the product being digitised. As a rough guide, simple products can often be digitised in just a few days, whereas a complex combined product with 15+ sections may take around 8 weeks.

Can we edit our own rates on the platform?

Recorder is not a low / no code platform in which customers can build their own products from scratch. Recorder works closely with clients to build digital products which work in exactly the way our clients intend. We believe this approach leads to faster and higher quality outcomes where we focus on getting the technology to work faster based on your unique requirements. We give clients control over critical elements of the platform to reduce dependency and we have robust SLAs in our licence agreement which ensure prompt action is taken when changes are required.

Can we create our own products on the platform?

Recorder's team of expert technical business analysts build and configure the products on your behalf, working to industry-leading SLAs.

Can we offer our products to brokers on the Recorder platform?

Yes, Recorder has a distribution module which enables you to setup producing brokers on your products with the required TOBAs. Brokers can access your products via a white-labelled broker portal or via API.
