Can we edit our own rates on the platform?
Recorder is not a low / no code platform in which customers can build their own products from scratch. Recorder works closely with clients to build digital products which work in exactly the way our clients intend. We believe this approach leads to faster and higher quality outcomes where we focus on getting the technology to work faster based on your unique requirements. We give clients control over critical elements of the platform to reduce dependency and we have robust SLAs in our licence agreement which ensure prompt action is taken when changes are required.
