Overview

At MFL Insurance Group, we have built a strong reputation in the insurance market, running both an open market broking business and a number of Professional Indemnity delegated schemes. As our scheme portfolio continued to grow, we wanted a way to get new ideas to market more efficiently while keeping our internal teams focused on underwriting and operations, not technical build which was clearly creeping more in to their roles, taking their focus away from what is important – servicing our clients professionally in an efficient manner. 

The challenge: freeing up our team to focus on the work that matters

We were looking for a partner who could take the lead on scheme build and execution, allowing us to concentrate on what we do best. As our delegated schemes expanded, so did the amount of internal effort required to turn underwriting intent into a fully functioning digital journey.
